requires of its Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family therapists:
to complete a Graduate degree from an accredited school of Psychology or Counseling
to complete the required number of Clock hours of supervised practice post-Graduate
are held to a high standard of counseling AND ethical competence
are required to pass State exams for each license obtained
and must keep current regarding new developments in the field, pursuing continued education hours in order to renew their license (s) yearly.
